Integra College Consulting, LLC is an independent educational consulting service and is not affiliated with any public or private school district. I do not provide services to students I currently serve as a high school counselor. All clients are from outside my current school community to ensure professional boundaries and compliance with school district policies and ethical standards.

Welcome to Integra College Consulting, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.integracollegeconsulting.com and our college consulting services.

1. Services Provided
We offer college admissions consulting services, including but not limited to:
• Application strategy
• Essay review
• Interview preparation
• College list building
• Academic and extracurricular guidance
All advice provided is based on our expertise and does not guarantee admission to any educational institution.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Meet deadlines and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Use our services ethically and not engage in academic dishonesty (e.g.,
submitting essays written by consultants)

3. Payment & Refunds
• Fees are due as outlined during booking or contract agreement.
• Refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy (#), which includes limitations
for late cancellations and services already rendered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session or fee.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including materials, tools, templates, and site content, is the property of Integra College Consulting, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• The outcome of any college application
• Technical errors, service interruptions, or loss of data
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
