1. General Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality consulting services and ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the time and expertise involved, our refund policy is structured as follows:

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
   •    Cancellation Before Services Begin: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours 

          before the scheduled service start time.
   

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
   •    The services have been completed and delivered as agreed.
   •    Missed appointments without 24-hour prior notice (may incur cancellation fees).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@integracollegeconsulting.com within 7 days of the service date. Include:
   •    The reason for the request
   •    Details of the service provided
   •    Any supporting documentation

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
